On Wednesday, October 9th, Panther Ridge was severely damaged by a direct hit from a large tornado during Hurricane Milton. While we are so grateful that all of the cats and humans at Panther Ridge are unharmed, the damage to the facility was devastating. We had roof damage, massive trees down, fencing damage, and debris everywhere.
We just want to take a moment to say thank you to all the amazing people who have come and volunteered or donated to us after this disaster. We are working hard to rebuild as quickly as we can so that we can continue to provide the best home possible for our amazing cats. Repairs to the enclosures, buildings, and grounds are well-underway, but even with the support we have received, the costs are adding up.
