Mind, Body, and Spirit Expanding Retreat :

With today’s high-stress environments and hustle and bustle of the average workday, we could all use some relaxation, and time to reflect upon one’s self. This unique event will provide you with a two-day retreat to encourage spiritual growth.

Saturday, September 9th 10:00 – 7:00

1. Starting promptly at 10 am with Individual Saging for personal clearings
2. Crystal Bowl Chakra Attunement with Guided Meditation in the Garden
3. Raw lunch delight with soft Live music in the background. Meet & Greet your chance to speak with instructors about products and upcoming events
4. Formal Instruction of Spiritual tools; Grounding & Balancing with a demonstration.
5. Understanding Energy Yours & Others: One on One experiential participation utilizing spiritual tools.
6. Spiritual Journey for Animal Totem with Shaman

Sunday, September 10th 12 noon- until after Fire Ceremony

1. Crystal Bowl Chakra Attunement with Guided Meditation in the Garden
2. Raw lunch delight with soft Live music in the background.
3. Live Discussion of a spiritual journey as documented in your Journal about animal totem’s that came to you and their messages and meaning.
4. Animal Totem Visions, with Drums Rattles, and Native Music honoring the seven directions.
5. Raw bites Nourishment Music. If you play a stringed instrument this is the time to join in.
6. Fire Ceremony. If you have native drums that you would like to bring to the fire you may play them when the time is given. This is a continuation of the honoring of the animal totem that has come to you.
