Karl, our male caracal, joined the Panther Ridge family in August of 2020 and has been an absolute joy. Karl is a unique caracal who loves to interact with the keepers he trusts and has bonded with. Karl loves to show his affection to the keepers who work with him by giving head-butts and asking to be stroked.

Karl enjoys lounging all day on his deck or hammock, but when a tour passes by, you can be sure that Karl will be right up by the fence! He loves to show off his jumping skills for tour guests, capable of jumping in midair to grab a tour treat.
